Illegal peer-to-peer file-sharing applications suffer from a fundamental problem. Download a lot of free riders, is used to transmit to others by contributing little or no upload bandwidth which slows to download. Contributing as little as possible from the system as much as possible, but taking a lot of free riders, and the lack of quality of service guarantees to support streaming applications. Torrent downloaded from a peer, it is fair, minus the number of bytes indicates the number of bytes uploaded maintains a deficit counter. Torrent free-riders and strategic peers is fair, easy to implement resilient exploit, any bandwidth allocation, the number of peers to estimate rates, no centralized control, and need no parameter tuning. Bit Torrent rule changes a Bit Torrent client running inside the Fair Torrent, and other widely-used Bit Torrent clients compared to its performance against the Planet Lab. Our results contribute to a Fair Torrent peers , two orders of magnitude better fairness, up to five times better download provides up to , and live an average of 60 % -100% in swarms Bit Torrent is a good performance .

This paper presents an insight into the speed control of D.C motor using a Artificial neural network controller to meet the desired speed. The Neural Network scheme consists of two parts: one is the neural estimator, which is used to estimate the motor speed and the other is the neural controller, which is used to generate a control signal for a converter. These two neural networks are trained by feed forward neural network algorithm. Standard three layer feed forward neural network with sigmoid activation functions in the input and hidden layers and purelin in the output layer is used. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of control system of DC motor with ANNs in comparison with the conventional control scheme. For the comparison we used PID control. The purpose of this study is to control the speed of direct current (DC) motor with Artificial Neural Network (ANN) controller using MATLAB application. The Artificial Neural Network Controller will be design and must be tune, so the comparison between simulation result and experimental result can be made. The scopes includes the simulation and modelling of direct current (DC) motor, implementation of Artificial Neural Network Controller into actual DC motor and comparison of MATLAB simulation result with the experimental result. This research was about introducing the new ability of in estimating speed and controlling the self excited DC motor. In this project, ANN Controller will be used to control the speed of DC motor. The ANN Controller will be programmed to control the speed of DC motor at certain speed level. The data from ANN Controller is sent to the DC motor through an interface circuit or a medium called DAQ card. The sensor will be used to detect the speed of motor. Then, the result from sensor is fed back to ANN Controller to find the comparison between the desired output and measured output.

It’s present in this paper an extended application of blind frame synchronization technique on secure communication systems which use sparse parity check matrix codes as forward error-correcting (FEC) coding to control the errors during transmissions. We address this problem on the secure communication context that a transmitter sends a sequence of encoded packets but without synchronization words, the legal receiver detects the beginning of each packet blindly from the noisy channel by employing the relationship between the codes and their parity check matrices. Without synchronization words and FEC parameters, illegal receivers are difficult to analyze the existence of transmitted packets and synchronize to the frames. We also insert some random symbols between packets to increase the concealment of transmitted information and simulation results show that the proposed approach performs well.

In today's turbulent world, the only thing that does not change is change itself. The ministry of youth & sport in the Iran play the central role in Developing of sport & youth affairs’ in the country in the past decades, most organizations gave reconstruction & reengineering in the response to the challenges & Satisfaction of their Staff, for this reason it is good that they replace new method for Job Satisfaction of staff. The best replacement & success for any organization is affection to the agility & its components in that organization. The aim of present study is determining the relationship between organizational agility & Job satisfaction in the ministry of youth & Sports. This present study is a descriptive & correlational study that has been done in the survey method. Statistical population including 745 people of staff who were working in the youth & sports ministry in 2013, in this method sampling was done in the regular classification in which 245 people were selected as the research samples. To this end, the analysis of data were done in descriptive & inferential statistics method also, the collection tools of data were questionnaires which made by researcher in the organizational agility & Job satisfaction method. The findings obtained in this research shows that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational agility & tiny variables which including replication, competence, flexibility & speed in work.
